​​​​​​Funny story, I didn’t actually start Paradigm with the intention of growing a team.

So yeah, I’ve been there. It was a time back in November 2021, and I was at our weekly team meeting laughing about some meme with our Marketing Intern and brand new Operations Assistant, and I was like “how tf did this happen!?”​​​​​​​​ ​​​​​​​​

That was the moment I knew I had to create Paradigm Management Foundations, the moment when I (with years​​​​​​​​ of management experience) thought to myself “how did I get here” and "OMG HOW ARE OUR GORGEOUS PERFECT WORLD CHANGING CLIENTS GOING TO MANAGE THESE TEAMS WE ARE BUILDING THEM?!​​​​​​​​" ​​​​​​​​

With a decade of experience in People Operations in the corporate world, a Masters in Organizational Management, and a thriving online business with a remote team, I am no stranger to the sensitive issues involved in the human side of running a business. There’s a lot to learn from hiring, onboarding, training, and managing the performance of over 500 employees for a multimillion dollar business. The good news is, I learned it all so you don’t have to.

  • Will the sessions be recorded?

    Definitely! Each session will be recorded and posted, however, we will have open questions and discussion each week and will not record those private discussions.

  • Can I take the course with my team member?

    Yes! The course is built for CEOs and team leaders, although we do recommend taking the course separately since leadership is a personal journey.

  • Can I purchase the course for members of my team?

    Absolutely, and we recommend it!

  • When does the course start?
